Welcome to Forge Flex. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, our training services, and the purchase of any products sold by Forge Flex. By using our services or placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. General
Forge Flex operates as a fitness service provider offering:
- Personal training
- Group training
- Self-defense classes
- Fitness supplements and related products
By using our services or purchasing our products, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent
- You are medically fit to engage in physical activity
- You accept full responsibility for your health and safety
Forge Flex reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Training Services
Forge Flex provides:
- Personal training sessions
- Group training sessions
- Self-defense classes (held at Ignite Studio or designated locations)
All sessions are:
- Conducted at agreed locations (including third-party gyms or studios)
- Subject to availability and scheduling
Forge Flex reserves the right to modify schedules, locations, or session formats when necessary.
3. Health & Safety Disclaimer
- All training is undertaken at your own risk
- Forge Flex is not responsible for injuries, accidents, illness, or loss of personal belongings
- You are advised to consult a medical professional before starting any training program
- You agree to follow all instructions provided during training sessions
Any misuse of equipment or unsafe behavior may result in termination of the session without refund.
4. Bookings, Cancellations & Payments (Services)
- Training sessions must be booked in advance
- Payments must be made as agreed prior to or at the time of booking
- Payments for training services are non-refundable once confirmed
Missed sessions or late cancellations may not be rescheduled or refunded.
Forge Flex reserves the right to assess rescheduling requests at its discretion.
5. Products & Supplements
Forge Flex sells fitness supplements and related retail products.
- Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice
- Supplements must be used responsibly and in accordance with manufacturer instructions
- Customers are advised to consult a healthcare professional before use
Forge Flex is not responsible for misuse of any product.
6. Orders & Payments (Supplements)
We accept payments via:
- Cash
- MCB Juice
Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received and verified.
Forge Flex reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of:
- Stock unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
7. Delivery & Collection
- Orders may be delivered or collected at a designated location communicated at the time of purchase
- Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary
- Delays do not entitle customers to compensation beyond a refund where applicable
8. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
- Opened or unsealed supplements cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
- Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrectly supplied products
- Refunds are processed via bank transfer only
- All requests must be supported by proof of purchase
9. Pricing & Taxes
- All prices are listed in Mauritian Rupees (MUR)
- Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
