Return & Refund Policy β Forge Flex

At Forge Flex, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from Forge Flex may be returned or refunded. Due to the nature of fitness supplements and health-related products, specific conditions apply.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery or purchase.
To qualify for a return, products must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- Sealed
- In their original packaging
For health and safety reasons, opened or unsealed supplements cannot be returned, unless the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly supplied.
2. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrectly supplied
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Once the issue is verified, Forge Flex will:
- Offer a replacement, or
- Issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable
In such cases, Forge Flex will cover any reasonable return-related costs.
3. How to Request a Return
Before returning any product, you must:
- Contact us at π§ support@forgeflex.mu
- Provide:
- Order number or proof of purchase
- A brief explanation of the issue
All approved returns must be physically brought to Ignite Studio, along with proof of purchase.
Returned items will be inspected upon receipt before approval of any refund or replacement.
4. Refund Method & Processing Time
- Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer only.
- Refunds will be completed within 14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Shipping or handling fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened, unsealed, or partially used supplements
- Products returned without prior authorization
- Items returned after the 14-day return period
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted only for defective or incorrectly delivered products.
If the same product is unavailable, a refund will be issued in accordance with this policy.
7. Training Services (Personal, Group & Self-Defense)
- Payments for personal training, group training, and self-defense classes are non-refundable once booked or scheduled.
- Missed sessions or cancellations made without sufficient notice may not be rescheduled or refunded.
- Forge Flex reserves the right to assess rescheduling requests on a case-by-case basis.
